Sealed bids for Resurfacing Citywide 2024 (Contact 1), Project # 2024-002, will be received by the City Engineer in Suite 220 of City Hall, Birmingham, Alabama until Wednesday, February 28 at 2:00PM. Sealed bids will be time stamped at the time of arrival. Bids will then be publicly opened and read in the Suite 220 Conference Room beginning at 2:00 pm.

Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference: The Pre-Bid Conference (Webex meeting) is now REQUIRED. Contractors that submit a bid are required to have a representative attend the Pre-Bid Conference. Details for attending the Webex meeting are provided in the Project Document. This conference will be held 02/21/2024 at 3pm. This updates the Notice to Contractors and Information to Bidders sections of the Project Document.
