The City of Birmingham gives notice that sealed bids for the ARPA FUNDED Shades Creek Walking Trail project will be received by the City Engineer in Room 220, City Hall, Birmingham, Alabama until 10:00 AM. (CST) on Tuesday, December 3rd, 2024, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read in Conference Room 220, 2rd Floor City Hall, Birmingham, Alabama. The award of this Contract will be made pursuant to Alabama Code: 39-1-1, et seq. (Public Works)
A MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE will be held on November 26th, 2024, at 10:00 AM. in Room 220 of City Hall.
