The City of Birmingham gives notice that sealed bids for the ARPA Caldwell Park / 26th Street South Drainage Improvements Capital Projects No. ENG. – 2022 - 017 be received by the City Engineer in Room 220, City Hall, Birmingham Alabama until 2 o’clock p.m. (CDT), OCTOBER 30, 2024 at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read in Conference Room 220, 2rd Floor City Hall, Birmingham, Alabama. The award of this Contract will be made pursuant to Alabama Code: 39-1-1, et seq. (Public Works)
A MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE will be held on FRIDAY, October 11, 2024, at 10:00 AM (CST) in Conference Room 220 City Hall.
